How do I buy something I see on this site?
You can call us @ 781-938-6411 or e-mail us to check if that item is still available. Messages are checked on a regular basis and we will get back to you quickly. We accept all major credit cards and we ship to all locations within the United States and most locations internationally.
Why no SHOPPING CART?
We prefer to talk to our customers one on one. This way we can give you much greater detail about a specific item, answer all of your questions and guarantee your satisfaction.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, money orders, checks and even cash. International purchases accepted with money order from a U.S. bank in U.S. funds, wire transfer or approved credit card.
How do I order a custom built guitar?
Contact our custom guitar department @ 781-938-6411 and we will guide you through the process. We offer custom guitars from the Fender Custom Shop, G&L , Hamer, Jackson, Charvel ,Flaxwood and Bedell.
How about shipping?
We ship everyday via UPS. We properly pack each item and insure them for the full value. Once your transaction is complete we will send you a tracking number and a link for you to track your item.
Do I pay sales tax?
Currently, we are only required to collect sales tax for items shipped to Massachusetts.
What is your return policy?
All returns are handled on an individual basis. We will always do our best to insure that your experience with us is exceptional. Contact us for additional information.
How can I get a link for my bands website?
Performance Music center has always been a strong supporter of local and national independent artists and bands. Just send us your link, we'll check it for content and notify you when it is posted.
